Types of Reports

The type of report that will be issued is determined by the purpose of the valuation and the report's intended use. We match our report to the level of service required by the purpose of the valuation. For example, a valuation for a tax related purpose such as for gift or estate tax, generally requires a detailed appraisal report. However, a summary report or even a calculation of value may be appropriate based on the facts and circumstances of the purpose of the valuation.
